Description
The plastic OEM thrust washer that sits on top of the 4C reaction ring gear frequently becomes worn and breaks into multiple pieces. This can lead to catostraphic transmission failure when it happens.
This item has been redesigned by Randys to help increase durability and reliability and prevent further failures. This item is made from a solid billet 6061 aluminum. Additionally, oil slots were engineered into the new component to improve fluid feed to the 4C clutches and increase load distribution over the factory design. Any 68RFE transmission rebuild must absolutely include this.
